Sub Luna started as an experiment with delay effects inspired by the Frippertronic soundscapes of Robert Fripp, and over the course of five months, it turned into a collection of mostly ambient pieces inspired by astronomy and images beamed back to Earth from the Cassini-Huygens and Voyager space exploration missions.
